    Doug Urse is a Fairmont native, graduating from West Fairmont Senior High School with the desire to be in the automotive business.  He attended Northwood University and graduated in 1998 with a BS Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Automotive Management.  During his time at Northwood University, Doug was director for the annual Auto Show winning many awards.  Doug returned to Fairmont and Urse Dodge in 1999 taking over the management of the Pre-owned Vehicle Dept. and now is General Manager.
         A believer in surrounding himself with hardworking, honest, and determined employees, Doug has only high praises for the employees of Urse Dodge Chrysler Jeep.  Doug has said more then once that while very young he remembered sitting in various vehicles in the showroom and watching the salespeople with customers and thinking how wonderful to be able to be around cars all the time.  Doug worked as a teenager in the wash-bay of the dealership and realized that selling a vehicle was important but that in a small market the relationship with our customers only begins with that sale.
         To be proud of your product is important but to be proud of your employees can create price in your products.
